DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Where do you deliver in GCC?

We offer delivery across the major metropolitan areas of United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain.

Please note that in case you live well beyond the city limits of the location you’ve selected then it may be necessary to collect your shipment or pick it up from the nearest courier office location.

If you’re unsure about whether or not your address is too far please make sure to call us on 800 2442 7467 – 800 CHIC SHOP to avoid delays.

Where do you deliver Internationally?

We ship worldwide to many locations, including USA, UK, Middle East, Europe, Asia and even Australia.

In case you would like a confirmation on your shipping location, please contact us and we will be happy to confirm the possibility of shipping to your location as well as other details involved.

We use reputed courier partners with tracking information to ensure that your order is delivered as efficiently as possible.

How long will delivery take?

We have an average UAE delivery time of two working days. We normally ship within 24 hours on working days and our courier partners will deliver within 2-4 working.

International delivery may take up to 7 working days for delivery unless there is any issue at the customs.

Ordering by Credit Card / Debit Card will significantly increase your chances of getting faster day delivery as we won’t have to spend any time screening your order.

Can I collect my Online Order from your stores?

Yes, We offer a free express ‘Click and Collect’ service to collect your Online Order at any of our CHIC Brand Stores located across the UAE.

Simply select the desired store pickup location in the delivery options at checkout to avail of this service. You will be informed by our team once your order is ready for collection.

This service is advised for customers who are in remote areas or who are visiting the UAE for a limited time and would like to receive their order quickly.

What are your delivery charges for UAE Customers?

The delivery is Free within UAE for all orders over AED 200. We also offer our UAE customers the option for Cash on Delivery payment.

We also give our UAE customers the flexibility of paying cash on delivery and swipe credit debit cards on delivery.

Shipping within UAE is free for all orders above AED 200 using any payment method, such as Credit / Debit Card, Cash On Delivery or Chic Shoes Online Credit.

What about international delivery charges?

We offer FREE delivery for customers within GCC for all orders over AED 700.

For all other countries, International deliveries are charged based on weight of the product. We have partnered with best courier companies to offer best prices and fast delivery internationally.

For International Shipping Charges, the shipping cost estimate is available on Shopping Cart and Checkout page after products are added to cart. Customs Duty if applicable, would be payable by the customer on delivery but we can pay custom duties to some extent depending on the order amount.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

How do i raise an exchange or return request?

What is the return period?

We have a no-questions-asked return notice period of 7 days from the date of delivery. So please raise a request for return within 7 days of delivery.

You may exchange the item for another size or model of your preference or else return the same for Online Credit in your account.

Under what conditions is a refund processed?

A return request needs to be raised within 7 days of delivery for your return to be successfully processed.

In addition the item should be received back to us unused, in a good condition and with all original labels, tags and boxes.

In case the item is received back used or in a poor condition, we reserve the right to reject the return accordingly.

In the case of a return request, the delivery man will retrieve the product from the customer and after examining the product and in the event that the product is in the same condition in which it arrived and is fit for resale again, we will refund the amount to the customer in exchange of deducting the shipping fees, which is 21 dirhams within UAE. Also, we announce that we have a replacement service, not a return service outside the United Arab Emirates.

How are refunds processed?

In case you have paid for your order by Credit Card payment, we can either give you Online Credit Coupon or refund the amount back to your Credit Card.

For pay in installments, your amount will be refunded in your card and the upcoming installment will not be deducted.

Once a coupon as a refund has been issued, you may use it to purchase another item any time or you can exchange the coupon as well.

All refunds will be processed after deducting the shipping charges as per the order.

Are there any charges on the return or exchange?

For UAE Customers, we have kept the First Exchange request absolutely free to make it easy to exchange the product.

For International Returns, customers would have to pay the return & forward shipping cost for all international returns.

Cancellations & Refunds

CANCELLATION POLICY:

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before the product is shipped for a refund of your entire order amount. You may drop an email to us or call us. Please cancel within 15 hours of placing the order and before dispatch as we normally dispatch within 24 hours of placing the order.

In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier. In this case the amount will be refunded to you after deducting the Shipping Charges as per our Refund Policy.

If the order is cancelled once the item has been delivered to you and you want full refund, the delivery cost will be deducted from your refund amount. For UAE the deduction amount will be AED 30. If you want to return some items from your order not all then there is no deduction.

For the cancelled orders you will be granted with a coupon code worth the amount of order which can be used for shopping in future at www.chic.ae

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.

If the Order Status shows the item(s) in your order as ‘Shipped’, we will process your cancellation request directly with our logistics partner. Your refund will be processed soon after we receive the cancelled items back from the courier.

The refunded amount will be made available immediately in Chic Online Credit Account.

For the cancelled orders you will be granted with a coupon code worth the amount of order which can be used for shopping in future at www.chic.ae.

You can always login to your account to check the statement under Credit Account section.

REFUND POLICY:

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

In case you have paid for your order by Credit Card payment, we can either give you Online Credit or refund the amount back to your Credit Card.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we are unfortunately unable to refund the order by Cash and can process the refund amount by Online Credit only. For example, if you paid AED 200 as Cash on Delivery for an item, we’ll give you Chic Online credit for AED 200 after you’ve returned the item to us.

When Online Credit as a refund has been issued, you may check the amount in your Online Account and can use it to purchase another item using the coupon code.

Under what conditions is a refund processed?

When the order is cancelled before dispatch, the entire amount of the order will be refunded to Chic Online Credit Account.

When the order is cancelled after dispatch, the amount is refunded to the Chic Online Credit Account and applicable shipping charge will be auto debited from refund amount.

We offer free return or exchange pickup service for the first time. However, there will be nominal charge of AED 15 on every subsequent exchange/return request.

Return related refunds can be requested within 7 days of receiving the product by customer. Beyond this period the refund will fall in special case scenario and would require management consultation and approval.

Exchanges and Refund Policy for Sale and Clearance Items:

I would like a refund for the items purchased during sale period?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer cash refunds for any items purchased during the sale or clearance sale period. However we offer refunds in the form of Chic Online Credit. This means that if you place an order and you are not satisfied by the product received, and require a refund, we will issue you online credit for the value of the item that you are returning.

For example, if you paid AED 200 for an item, we’ll give you Chic Online credit for AED 200 after you’ve returned the item to us and you can use this to purchase any other item Online.

Size and Item Exchanges during Sale and Clearance Sale?

In case you would like to exchange an item for the size during clearance sale, we will be happy to assist you in case we have the required size available.

However as the items are heavily discounted and priced for clearance, you will be charged courier charges for the item you require a size exchange.

Please note item exchanges or returns are not permitted during clearance sale.

What happens if I have received an incorrect item during the sale or clearance period?

In case you have in fact received an incorrect item during the sale or clearance period, firstly we apologize for the same.

Please contact our customer service with details of the incorrect item received. We may ask you for additional information like your order details and information about the incorrect item.

Once we send you a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) and receive the item back from you, we will arrange to send you the replacement item at the earliest.

My item purchased in the clearance sale appears a little old and I would like it exchanged?

In all cases items sent to you are inspected before dispatch and we endeavour to send you the newest piece which is available with us.

However in some cases the items in our clearance sale may appear a little old as they may have been on our shelves for a little while.

In this case as well, no exchanges or returns are permitted as the items are heavily discounted for clearance and we have very limited stock available.
